If you feel you and your spouse agree that you both want to steer clear of a traditional divorce whereby you each lawyer up and battle things out in court with an old school winner and loser approach then I recommend Dina and her team to help you execute a mediated divorce. Dina explained what a mediated divorce is, and compared and contrasted it with other divorce options. Divorce is complicated and can be very expensive and time consuming. From the get-go Dina set clear expectations. She provided a flow-chart showing what the entire process entails as well as providing an estimate on cost, which of course depends on how well you and your spouse can work through all your action items and tasks in timely manner. I am pleased that the entire process was as quick as possible under the law and that the cost was right in the pocket with the initial expectations that were set. FFM made the process manageable and I am sure a traditional divorce would have been much more painful and costly.
