Executive Reporting Service,  ERS Production,  were making a transcript of a civil hearing. When I wanted to order an excerpt from a witness statement, I was faced with a bill of "$1722.00 for standard 30-day turnaround" . I was promised they would do  question answer  excerpt,  If I order a printout from another company and I provide them for specific questions and specific answer. After I did this they replied that Executive Reporting Service,  ERS Production don’t do "excerpts" and I  must pay  $1722.00 for standard 30-day turnaround. I know that other companies do excerpts without problems, so when you hire this company keep this in mind that in the future they have very high rates for transcript printouts. And also Executive Reporting Service have a 30-day turnaround, my lawyer said that he doesn’t know of another company whose 30-day turnaround is 30 days or you have to pay for urgency. I do not recommend anyone to use Executive Reporting Service.
