A very disappointing service from Everys. In April 2023 I approached this company after being injured whilst trying to stop a runaway courtesy car, with a faulty handbrake, provided to me by a garage. I was offered a no win no fee arrangement with a predicted outcome of 25k. 12 months later I am told that my appointed solicitor has left the company. 2 months after that I’m informed that none of the investigative work had been done by my original solicitor and it wasn’t financially viable for them to proceed with my case.
I went with a local company in the hope of getting a better more personal service, I now highly recommend going with a big national company where you may get some service at all!

I would award Tracey Willows more than 5-stars if I could. If you are looking for a conveyancer that keeps you informed throughout your journey, liaises with all estate agents and mortgage brokers, works outside office hours and bank holiday weekends to ensure deadlines are smashed and puts a smile on your face when everything feels a little pressured - then Tracey Willows is the conveyancer you need. She went above and beyond with our house sale and purchase, left no stone unturned, and made sure we had every bit of information, detail, and policy we needed - and her charges were reasonable. I would highly recommend her and her team!!
