I hired Steven for my family legal issues and he just talked to me for 10 min and charged me min for 10 hr $1250 2 years ago and after received all documents from me never apply and did anything on my case also always when I called him he never answer his office phone and respond. I was in really bad accident and stayed at hospital for 2 years when me and my power attorney try to called him from hospital to refund my money back what ever is rest he never responded.
I’m not recommend him to anyone and follow up with court about him …👎

Definitely not worth the $2500 we spent on his services. I hired him to guide me through closing a trust he created for my father 20 years prior and take the remainder of his estate through probate. I ended up having to do most of it myself including transferring property and filing the completion of probate documents after Steven Janda stopped responding to emails and phones calls. Save yourself some money and ask Google for guidance for probate and family trusts, not Steven Janda. If you do hire him, insist that he provide a written outline up front what he will be doing for his fee and what you will have to do yourself.
