Our appointment was for a review and explanation of details of our 8 year old
wills. Krista was extremely helpful in response to our questions about our current will and the process for any changes we wish to make. She also explained the difference between our will and a Trust. All if her explanations were in “plain” English and she was easy to understand. What impressed me was for those questions she didn’t have answers for, she went to a resource (presumably an attorney) to get the answers we needed. Based on what we learned, we expect to return to Evergreen to make updates to our documents.

My brother-in-law passed away in August of 2024. My sister has dementia so my husband contacted this firm to establish a POA for me to handle the estate. There were current wills so basically not much needed to be done but Evergreen insisted that probate was required. My husband and I handled the estate and selling of all properties. Many thousands of dollar later - Evergreen is asking to replenish the retrainer even though everything has been sold and no debtors. I was very disappointed in the service we received and the cost was beyond questionable. Do not recommend!

Great presentation. Thank you. Gives me an outline for what my alternatives are in regards to properly dedicating my wishes prior to my death in a legal manner. At present I have paperwork I purchased at the computer/business store which I can fill out and have notorized as a quick start to protect my wishes for my children to receive what I've discussed with them.
Should I need expertise in pursuing this matter further, Evergreen Estate and Elder Law will be my first call.

The webinar was informative and practical. There is opportunity to ask questions and get answers. Getting personal details and the costs for putting together your own plan will require a personal one-on-one. But this is a great place to start!

Mother in law found them online. Appeared reputable. We meet with the managing partner in may of 2024. To set up a trust for her and her husband. Paid nearly 8 grand. It is now February 2025 still have not received the trust. I had to plead to get powers of attorney for father in law in October 24 as he was facing surgery. The firm kept promising we would have the trust next week. Obviously that never happened. When we originally met it was 5 family members and the managing partner. We explained what we were looking for. My family has had one for many years. I even provided them with a copy of it. One daughter loves ves in the mid west and couldn’t be there. When in August we received the draft they had disinherited her. NONE of us had asked for nor wanted that. They then said we would need a different type of trust. I again sent a copy of my family’s trust. Was told I would have a draft in two weeks. Legal assistant kept changing. Week before thanksgiving we still had not received anything. Except POA documents. NO trust. As the designated point of contact I spoke with Maaging partne advised we wanted $5000 refunded as she had said POA documents cost 2500 at original meeting. She said she would be in touch after the holiday. She then sent a letter to in laws stating the firm would no longer speak to me. First part of December my Mother in law called and asked again for a refund. They have not responded to several requests since then. I have looked at review since that show a pattern of collecting funds and not providing services. Have NOTHING TO DO with this firm RUN.

If I could give this firm 0 stars I would. We hired this law office for a probate case, initially everything was fine. However, a month later our attorney quit and the firm withdrew from our case. Additionally, staff was not responsive and overall not helpful. It took the firm almost two months to return the money that was required for them to start working on our case. The work that was done was not substantial and absolutely not worth the money spent. Dealing with sudden death of a love one is difficult enough, and having a firm that promises you support at the beginning and then turns their back on you is unprofessional, insensitive and overall pathetic. I would absolutely not recommend and do not trust.
