This is the best law firm in Arizona. I am a return client for multiple incidents I’ve had with car accidents in the past couple of years and Taz Evans to be specific is very personable, professional and is always available for his clients. This Law firm is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I have tried contacting these people OVER a YEAR and they have yet to get back to me! They have filed an eviction in court against me for an apartment I had never been to in my life and refuse to answer any phone calls or emails I have sent them! They do not care my credit has been affected DRASTICALLY because of an error they have made! ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A CALL BACK TO GO OVER THE SITUATION! Completely unprofessional and ruthless! Samantha and Douglas Nelson has ignored MULTIPLE calls from me and that there lets me know what they did was FRAUDULANT!

Taz evans and brenda and his whole staff are awesome especially brenda she responds back asap. answers every question and emails. Boy is she on it. A very valuable asset for the company. Not to mention they really care and will handle everything with proper care. and they have no issues comunicating and staying on top of things with their clients. I highly recommend this firm.

My elderly mother used Doug Nelson for her will and power of attorney just a few weeks before she passed. She was charged $500 to basically change a couple of names. Then when the office misspelled the names, they made my elderly mother drive back down to get the new copies which were on standard copy paper instead of the nice parchment (for $500 she should get the nicer paper if she wants it). My mom asked for the nice paper for her original copy and was given a hard time and they made her drive back again. (It still had a mistake btw- the wrong city and state of where my brother lives)
3 weeks later she passed away- my brother and I were in Mesa from out of state and needed a copy of the original will. We started calling Friday morning with no return call and ended up driving to the office about 1:15. No one at the front desk, we rang the bell and a paralegal came out who told us no one was in and the office closed at 1:30. I explained our situation (hi, my mom died yesterday, we’re here from out of state and need her will bc we leave again Monday). We asked if she could call and leave Mr. Nelson a message with our phone numbers. She seemed highly put out by our request with no sympathy to our situation. It is now 2 weeks later and multiple follow up calls and we can’t get anyone to get back to us. It’s hard enough to be dealing with my mom’s death, this is the last thing any family should have to deal with. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
