We had to get our FBI background checks today. I can honestly say this has been the easiest, most pleasant customer service experience I have had in a LONG time. I wish I could remember my finger printers name but she was lovely and helpful.

I can't believe how terrible my experience was at this business! Just a few days ago I went there and made a deal with the owner after talking with him for a while. But when I called back two days later some jealous secretary answered the phone and asked for all my personal information which was absolutely ridiculous. She refused to put me through to the owner and said they would call me back but of course they never did I am so angry and disappointed. by this terrible customer service I strongly advise everyone please to stay away from this place and take their business somewhere else.

great service, they explained me everything very proffesionally, coached me through my process, all those bad reviews are from haters who are friends with competition, it's so sad, but honestly those "competitors" couldn't helped me, wanted money up front and Mr. Victor did an amazing job, do not pay attention to paid reviewers... it's a shame, I am now a US legal permanent resident thanks to his proffessionalism!
