Absolutely A+ Excellent Service. I work for a local engineering company and Eureka Stamp Co. does our license seal stamps. On our most recent order, there was an error that caused one of the seals to get rejected by the state. Called Eureka Stamp Co. expecting a 3 day turnaround for the change. Pleasantly floored when I showed up to drop the stamp off and the gentleman behind the counter said, "I prepped the machine as soon as you called, give me 30 seconds," and moments later I had the corrected seal in hand! So pleased to be able to hand my boss his new stamp back almost immediately! Very impressed. Friendly and polite too. Great local business!

Very good company to do business with. I was going to get my business stamp made online, but decided to check out if it would cost cheaper or the same to do it here. Turns out it cost about the same and I get the pride of supporting a local business in my community; a win-win!

The owners work hard 5 days a week and some times go in on the weekends to deal with more orders. They literally have two people running the shop by themselves, and even with just the two friendly owners, they manage to deal with difficult customers, and pump out express orders when you need something immediately.
Just keep in mind that they can make anything custom. So when you go into the store, have an idea in your head- Size, Shape, Font, etc. It really helps them out, because again- they are a local Mom and Pop, diligently running a business for a majority of Eureka's needs.
Part of me wishes the City would replace their crappy street signs with the quality ones this place makes city-wide.
