Estate panning that upon the death of the Trustors leaves a blank canvas to the Trustee, to change, alter and manipulate the instrument, "out of sight out of mind" philosophy geared to terms of Trustee new governing agent where accounting becomes shared and new contracts between Trustee to Attorney governing new rules for beneficiary.
