We all go through times when we just need to talk it out and gain perspective. I have been to other counselors in my life, but I can't say enough about the impact Valerie Burrell has had on my life through Empower Me Coaching & Counseling. It is refreshing to be given truth over every feeling, concern and fear. If you are ready to be the best version of yourself, just go for one visit and see what I mean! Just finished my first session with Dr. Burrell. She's absolutely amazing and very easy to open up to. I would recommend her to anyone. Don't take my word for it go for one session and I guarantee you'll feel like a changing person just from the first session.
