This company and team were AMAZING! I had the pleasure of working with Cierra Thomas, who was the absolute best. She made sure that i was up to date on my case and she reassured me not to worry. I've never dealt with something like this before and she was able to keep me calm every step of the way. I would definitely recommend working with Cierra Thomas if your ever in need. All 5 stars for my experience.

As a current employee of Elman Joseph Law Group (for about a year now) I have had nothing but a great experience at this office. They really challenge clerks to experience all facets of the court process and have created an environment that is great for prospective lawyers. It has also been a grounding experience seeing how long the court process takes (roughly 2-3 years in Cook County) and how much work is needed from every person at the firm to collectively get what our clients deserve. The diverse staff at our office allowed me to have great experiences with people of all kinds of different backgrounds and I am extremely grateful for all of the opportunities this job has gave me. I would highly recommend anyone who is willing to work hard and has a great interest in the court process to consider working at this firm.

My sister was hit by a vehicle while getting off a bus in the city one block from her residence. . We didn’t know where to begin with the insurance, medical bills and her pain and suffering. We did not have much information on the driver that struck her. We were able to connect with Pete Hillgemeyer an attorney at Elman Law. Pete was very helpful. He was so patient, explained everything so that my sister and I could understand. He was able to get all medical records, help her with her work situation and most of all keep her calm. He retuned every phone call , text messages and emails on a very timely matter. His professionalism was unremarkable! Yet he was kind and friendly, very down to earth. We can’t say enough about Pete and his boss Tony Elman! What a great guy! They have very big cases but took so much time on my sister’s case. No case too small! We never hesitated to call Pete or text him. Best of all we never waited hoping he would get back to us because he constantly reached out to us.

I'm happy with the services provided. The lawyers pursued my case diligently for almost 4 years and eventually got the other side to settle just before trial. Initially, they couldn't reach me to accept the offer, but they took the time to track down another number I had listed in my medical records. I am truly grateful for their services and recommend them to anyone who is having trouble with insurance companies who just refuse to pay what is deserved to the victims of a car accident that their insured caused.
