Eliana is the best! She is extremely driven and the most honest lawyer I have known. She was upfront about costs, walked me through the procedure tactfully, meticulously and conscientiously. Eliana was understanding and easy to communicate with. I never felt confused or unsure. She explained next steps clearly, and walked me through the processes and what to expect. She was always very responsive. I never felt ignored or forgotten. There were some schedule conflicts, but I always felt prepared. She was able to anticipate opposing council questions and scenarios. I highly recommend her.

Do not use her! She is unprofessional she says to text her when she doesn’t answer her phone. No creditable attorney would do that. Fails to actually serve court orders or send a letter saying that she is representing you as your attorney. If you want an actually attorney that is professional and credible go some where else. Run run very far away from her. She condones her client to kidnap children and not give them back to the custodial parent. Even when police officers show up and enforce the law and court order for the child to be returned. Not great legal advice if you ask me.
