This location provided the best help for my car registration. They did not hesitate to spend more and more time to get all the information for me. The people at the other one that I used to go were kind, but it turned out to be that they did not do things in a correct way or provide the most relevant information for me.

Fast, efficient and friendly. My dealership has used them since the new owners took over in March. I have always received prompt, courteous service, even when I have called with a question on a title or to confirm my interpretation of a DOL rule/guideline. Top notch! I have no idea what the Kelly Erickson person was miffed about. Of course no one else does either since no details whatsoever were referenced in that review. Deep breath Kelly...deep breath 🙂

Second best license experience ever. Usually able to get my licensing taken care of in downtown Arlington, WA. This place is fast and as efficient as it can be if you're prepared. The staff is cut and dry, professional and friendly as well as black or white as the law doesn't allow for a grey area.

They are located inside and to the left of the entrance of the Market fresh store and looks like they will become an Edmonds ACE Hardware soon and will still have the licensing service inside. That's great to know.

For a government facility, this place is a hidden gem.

I used this agency to pick up my pre-ordered tabs on Saturday. The one employee served everyone as efficiently as she could and was very helpful (and kind) to the gentleman in front of me, who was a bit confused and ill-prepared. I think it would have been nice if there had been a second employee so that one customer wouldn't stop up the whole process for ten minutes, but I also recognize that that's just the way thing go sometimes when you use a small business on the weekend. It was still faster than experiences I've had at some other licensing agencies. The employee was very quick when it was my turn, and it took maybe two minutes. I'd definitely use this location again.

What a terrible experience for what should have been such a simple task. Renewed the tags for our car online and selected pick up at this location. Went to counter where the lady asked what last name it was under. Told her the two last names on the registration as both me and my spouse are listed. She then asked again with an attitude where I answered her yet again with the same answer. Then she proceeded to ask “ well is it x or is it y”. Where I again said either, as both are on there. At the same time I had given her my ID and she literally had the document in her hand where it clearly showed both of our names on it. Then once she realized it, she snarkily says “we only go by top billing here” thinking she’s funny when clearly she is just plain rude. I did not laugh because it was not funny and so unnecessary. She clearly needs to adjust her attitude if she’s going to interact with people and also should think about listening to the person answering her question. Normally I let things like this go and would not review online but it was just so nasty and uncalled for and I feel like people are just being uglier these days, even in simple and unprompted situations like this. It’s just not ok.
