This was my first experience using a mediation company and they made it so easy. They let me know exactly what documents were needed for my complicated divorce. Horrible service, do not use East Valley Mediators! Overcharged on bills, very unorganized (causing us lots of confusion & extra hours billed to clarify), charged for services we did not request, lied to us on several occasions regarding divorce. PK was forced by the AZ board of mediators to retake mediator training and be reviewed by an external senior mediator because of my complaints to the board. My credit card verified that invoices were incorrect & they reimbursed my the extra charges.

Terrible!

The one thing me and my ex agreed on - their services were terrible.

He even emailed my ex-wife directly and offered her legal advice. Which is not allowed.

Working with Jeff was so terrible. Constant requests for documents already sent. Completely unorganized.

Also, they seem to be getting bad reviews removed. So don't trust the online ratings!

Note that the response to my review is full of lies. They absolutely offered her legal advice. She wasn't happy and she even forwarded me the email.

I can also prove that he constantly asked for documents that I had already sent him. I would just forward the email to him again and he would say "Thanks".

PK was simply amazing. She was very thorough and explained things in great detail. She took away some of the stress in a very difficult process and me and my ex-husband left as friends because of PK's capability to negotiate in fairness hearing both sides.
