Met with Mark Drobny. Could not be more satisfied. Mr. Drobny is extremely experienced and professional. While that is a must, his ability to connect on a personal level was a welcomed bonus. Mark Drobney worked with us on our estate planning. He’s an expert in trusts; he’s thorough; he explains everything well; the documents he prepared for us make us confident that our wishes will be carried out exactly. He’s, of course, current on relevant case law. His decades of experience preparing trusts is reflected in the air-tight documents he prepares. He’s highly respected in the field. He was referred by my friend who attended a presentation he regularly gives to state employees on estate planning; she and her husband have been clients now for at least 20 years. Of the attorneys we interviewed and researched, Mark Drobney outranked them all. We are confident in our selection. The price for his services to meet with us, prepare the documents, and follow up is more than reasonable; it’s somewhat comparable to other attorneys we talked to except Mark’s cost includes more follow up. His staff are professional and followed up to confirm appointments and that we had received information etc.

They definitely do not enforce the wishes of the clients they make the trusts for once they pass. They hire shady fiduciaries like Mia Ehsante. They take advantage of the beneficiaries lack of legal knowledge to steal what is rightfully theirs with no conscience whatsoever. Despicable people lacking in compassion and integrity. Don't let them fool you. They Specialize in Trusts so they can rip off your loved ones after you pass. Please do not trust this law firm with your trust.

They are absolutely unprofessional, unavailable, and ignorant. Did not explain anything in an hour-long conversation, charged $3500.00, and said he knew what to do and I did not hear from him for months. Two months later and I do not have anything. His team is rude and ignorant. They lie in your face. Of course, you can expect that from "attorneys". I don't write negative reviews unless the subject is outrageous and this lawyer is, but his secretaries are even more outrageous than him, perhaps dementia has settled in, absolutely the lowest quality among trust attorneys.

I have had two trusts drawn up by Mark Drobny, the first became too outdated and needed a total redo.
He did an excellent job with both. I referred my Dad to him and he just finished drawing up a Trust for him. He patiently explained it, in great detail, to my father. Everyone I have dealt with over the years (18) is pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Mark Drobny and his firm.
