Higher her for a friend for a divorce. This attorney brings her kid to court on the big day. She won't return your call don't waste your money on her. Even the judge thought she was only worth 1000. Dollars.

The worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. There is no communication what so ever. During the past year waiting for a divorce, I had to chase down Drake to find out any information. Had to call constantly to check on the status of my case. When I did speak with him it was like an inconvenience and I was wasting his time. Very rude office. Would highly recommend finding another attorney. Do not waste your time or money at this office!!

Do NOT use this office. They will promise you the moon and never follow through. I am sorely disappointed with this man. Don't waste your time, but most especially your money. If you're a woman looking for help in a custody matter, beware, he will talk down to you and won't bother with your concerns. Shame on you Mr Drake!

Broken promises of contact back regarding custody, I have been on my A game regarding the custodial agreement I had outlined yet was talked to like I was stupid and a criminal when I last spoke to Joshua Drake, he made some sly ass comments while we were in my consultation about the situation I as well as my children are facing with the lack of help/parenting of their mother, it's not a joke this is my children's safety and future I was speaking to you about. I'm glad you can take my children's life and future so lightly, I will never refer anyone here in fact it will be the opposite from this point forward. Thanks for the promised callback by Angela, just know u did nothing wrong except u were just not there when I needed you, but I'm not a criminal and I refuse to be talked down to by Joshua Drake and offer anyone in that office any business due to the condescending attitude he presents. Maybe think about not relying on FB for info too, anyone can put/post anything they want (I know someone who works at the Oaklawn and the mother of my children is a liar.) It was more like he was representing her instead of me and treated me like I was dumb and a criminal, voicing sympathy for her, definitely not the best way to get someone to retain you is to talk down to them.

Let me tell you what Josh took away from me and my adopted daughter. He took away my rights, as a parent, yes..... BUT there was so much more to the story. In the end she is a quad. and if he hadn't taken her away she would have inherited more than a million dollars and I think she could use that now. STAY AWAY from this place....
