When I arrived for my first (and last) appointment, I was told Dr. Gupta had already left the office but they would call him to come back. They then proceeded to try to draw lab work, do an allergy test, and an ultrasound. I was suspicious and asked numerous times if all of these tests would be covered by my insurance. They assured me they would be. Dr. Gupta than booked me for an outpatient procedure the following week, which was a mess to schedule. They did not provide me with prep instructions. He was also over an hour late to this and was gone before I woke up from the anesthesia. I did not receive the results for weeks and his office was very rude on the phone in the meantime. When I finally spoke to the doctor on the phone he said I would need to come in to review my results thoroughly but he was going on vacation the following day, so it was today or never. Needless to say I never went back.

Fast forward almost a year now and I get a bill from my insurance for the amount they would not cover. Literally the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. If I could give him no stars, I would.

This is the worst doctor I have saw in my entire life. Every time I go there I wait for a minimum of an hour after my scheduled apointment. To top it off when I have apointments with mr. Gupta I am consistantly insulted by this man who know less about medications (and probably every thing else) than I do. They are pill pushers and they have no integrity what so ever. They said they would get me approved for a medical procedure and that I needed to do some tests first. I did not questions this as these are doctors and I was following the proper chain of command. After completing several tests that were quite costly to my insurance company they then said I needed a allergy test. This was suspicious so I had dr. Gupta call my insurance company with me there for approval for the surgery. After two minutes the insurance company flat out said they do not cover the procedure that is 20,000 out of pocket. I was furious. And he had the nerve to still try to conduct the allergy test. I have never had an allergy before. But this was a test that they do themselves and can bill insurance for. They made well north of 10,000 dollars from tests they billed my insurance for that I never needed. Horrible way to use a person.

Horrible! Stated I had a heart murmur and hadn't even listened to my heart!!! When I called him out on it, he stated he did listen to my heart and that I was confused due to my mental health diagnosis! I had just gotten out of the hospital and reviewed my medical records where a doctor had actually listened to my heart and documented no findings of a heart murmur at that time. These can always show up however diagnosis of such would require one to listen to my heart... All he had were my medical records from the hospital which stated none and lab results! He had only done a verbal exam history, pal palpitated my stomach, and his staff had taken my blood pressure. Only reason I was being required to see him is because the office Psyciatrist wouldn't treat me without HER doctor seeing me despite me already having an appointment with my own internal medicine Doctor setup in 2 weeks! Very fishy and felt like I was being taken advantage of for money and diagnosis codes!!!

When we arrived to my daughter's 2:00 PM appointment, they did not have it in the book, then they found her on a piece of paper. They had to call the Doctor who was not there yet, we waited for an hour. We were scheduled for a follow up appointment to get tests results. Once again the Doctor was not there, we are told he would take an hour approximately. We did not have the time to wait. Asked to be called by phone with results. Two weeks later I had to call because they never did.
