I met Dr. Choi last year November for a consultation and he decided that the gastric sleeve would be my best option. I went back home (Bahamas)a week later. We kept in contact and I made the decision to have surgery on January 16th, 2025. I came to Fort Lauderdale a day before surgery. The day of surgery I came in registered and was prepped for surgery. My surgery lasted about an hour and was a success.

The day after surgery was a little rough because I was painful. I only stayed in overnight. Almost a week later I'm up and moving around with a little pain. I've lost 10 pounds since the surgery. Total pounds lost before surgery and now is 24 pounds. I am glad that I found Dr. Choi. He knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. This is the best decision I've made getting the gastric sleeve. I would highly recommend Dr.Choi.

Dr. Choi is amazing! I had the robitic sleeve with him. He is so attentive, so caring (I even have his cell phone number) I had no complications, I feel amazing, the hospital was great, I left the same day, I’m losing weight. I’m so happy! Thank you!!!

I have had a great experience with Dr. Choi. I felt very confident and reassured going into surgery and received great care not only from Dr. Choi, but also from all the nursing staff. I am about 5 weeks out of my surgery and have had a great and relatively easy recovery so far. I haven’t had a lot of questions, but if I do Dr. Choi is fast to respond during my follow up visits for post-op.

Dr Choi is amazing! My surgery went well and I'm down 15lbs since the surgery (5 days ago).

I came to Dr Choi based on a recommendation from my best friend, who also had the surgery with the doc, and I couldn't be happier.

I found Dr. Choi during the process of me finding a good Doctor for VSG. Dr. Choi is very respectful, honesty, and very good at his job. The surgery went smooth and I'm doing way better during recovery. I LOVED how Dr. Choi called everyday after surgery to check on me to make I was doing good.
