Doctor Rodriguez is the best.. she listens and cares about her patient. Her nurse Renee is outstanding.. I have been with this doctor for over 10 years I personally would recommend her anytime.. Cleveland Clinic needs improvement on the appointment side of things but not a reflection on her or the staff at this facility they do outstanding work in my humble opinion. I recommend this doctor and I respect her professional opinion very much. She has helped me recover from several different medical things and has been very much involved in my care in preventing reoccurrences.

It’s an absurd to be waiting 40 minutes to an hour every time you need to speak to someone in the office, and once you get through they still get to mess up by not sending all prescriptions to the lab. I understand all doctors offices operate similarly, but it’s time for improvement, it’s a service they are providing and we are paying for. It’s not free voluntary service.

Dr. Rodriguez is okay on some things but otherwise does not really seem to check for much beyond the very small and ordinary. She also does not really listen to concerns. Once she literally told me incorrect information concerning one topic. In addition, dealing with Cleveland Clinic is horrible. It is so hard to get appointments, you have to wait many months. I could never go to this doctor when sick, because I could never get an appointment. Even calling to make an appointment is troublesome, because you have to be on hold for a long time. The last time I called I was on hold for a long time, the lady finally answered the phone and immediately asks me if I can hold again. I said okay and waited for a long time on hold and was then forgotten. So I hung up and decided why am I bothering with this horrible service for a doctor who isn't even helpful.

The only helpful thing about her office was that if I needed a refill I could sometimes just request it online through mychart and they would refill it without me having to come in, but then it's not like I could have gotten an appointment anyways and they probably knew that.

I can see the other persons concerns, but I would say, she has always been thorough in requesting my bloodwork in advance then conducting my physical from there. More recently she has been more understanding and listening. Honestly I went to see her after a 2 year hiatus (had a baby) and she was completely different, but I was also different in that I shared more. I did not feel rushed this past appointment. She was finally the primary care dr. I wanted.

It is difficult to get an appt in, and unfortunately when you are really sick there isn't room left in the schedule for emergencies so I have had to go to urgent care a few times (also because I am not available during the day).

I have several conditions that require ongoing healthcare and Dr. Rodriguez has been more accurate than most Specialist to provide care and alleviate my symptoms. She actually listens and cares but she’s also professional, efficient and waists no time.

Dr. Rodriguez listened to me. I told her my symptoms, she consulted my chart, and then she came up with what seemed like a far-fetched diagnosis. Be, sure enough, after only one day taking the medication and adhering to her recommendations, I was relieved of the pain that had tortured me for almost three weeks.

She didn’t seem interested in my concern and did not even go over the results for the tests she ordered for me, she referred me to my other doctor. I have a stand alone claim for her just asking me family and medical history which was denied by the insurance so I have to pay
