Kacey Davis and her staff are absolutely amazing! She is rearranged her entire schedule with less than 24 hours notice to come to court for me. She came fully prepared and is extremely well versed in the law. Her assistant, Stacy Farley, is amazing as well. Stacy had all the evidence organized and prepared for Kacey, also in less than 24 hours. Kacey and Stacy have been very prompt handling any issues that have arose since the case. Along with excellent communication throughout, keeping me informed and address any and all questions. I highly recommend!

Have had a history with Kacey Davis for the last several years. At times she can be very blunt and tell you things about yourself that you don't want to hear. However she will be your biggest supporter, going above and beyond, in whatever capacity she is designated in your case, even as prosecutor, if you do what you're supposed to do and make the changes she was pushing you to do all along. I highly recommend her because I have seen how she will fight for you.

I went there to see what they would do about my neighbor taking a sledge hammer and destroying a shared driveway. The driveway is 650 to 700 feet long, and about 15 feet wide. It is uphill at about a 30 degree angle. During the winter we had about 1 half inch of snow and ice, and the idiot thought he could beat the ice and get down the hill. He came up about 697 feet short, but did a hell of a job on the asphalt that he did beat. Cracks 15 feet wide 3 foot long. Now water has entered the cracks at the top of the hill, going under the asphalt, and blowing out about 280 feet down, causing large holes and washing chert out of the center of the drive. The idiot then was going to sell his lil trailer and leave the damaged drive repairs to me. I don't think SO ! Second problem is that this driveway is on a 30 foot easement. I don't own the property that it sits on,but I am paying the property tax on this easement that totals about a quarter acre. I wanted them to straighten this out with Bibb county, and wanted them to make the idiot repair the drive. " Nothing" ,so I guess they're fired, if they were ever hired Anyone know an attorney? a good one? Or not even a good one, just someone willing to type me up a couple of letters? or maybe make a couple of phone calls ? Sheeit maybe I could just file civil suit myself. But I also have another case I may need help with that involves a business breaking the law and almost killing my son, and a news channel was a witness. A good attorney maybe could handle all .
