The worst person I've ever met. Questioned my children and confused them in all the questions he asked. I had my kids 5 days a week and now have them once a week. He needs to be fired immediately and barred from working with any and all people. 100% the worst human being alive.

My exhusband and I were already established with another mediator. The Commissioner ordered to go back to our orginal. Not exactly sure what motivation there was by Attorney's in sending us to this guy; However he didnt care about any issues or hearing anything surrounding the case and only to get agreement. The Agreement which would only positively affect one party not the child's best interest. He was also very expensive. Much more so than the original mediator with history on our case.

Was assigned to him through the court. He didn't care about our case or the child. Allowed someone not involved in the case to be present and spoke to them most of the time instead of us, the parents of the child. Ended up trying to verbally adjust our court order, which he wasn't allowed to do. I spoke to multiple officials at the courthouse, all of which were shocked when I explained in length of what happened at the session. Hope he got fired.

Don't work with this mediator. If he is still practicing (due to his age), he'll disappoint you, waste your time and money, especially if you are a female. He hates strong, independent women who protect their children. DO NOT allow him to speak with your children. He is manipulative. He has an inflated ego and will aggressively reprimand you. He isn't a neutral 3rd party despite his title. Just don't do it!!

We have had the misfortune of dealing with Don for over 10 years. After thousands of dollars I have been exposed to his manipulation, arrogance and unprofessionalism more than I care to remember. I have endless examples of him lying to my husband and I and seeing my children behind my back. He is a disgrace.

This guy should have been barred from handling anyones children. Or separation.
From the 60s when women stayed home. Expects the father to provide 100 percent and not see their children. Work work work. Garbage....

He did what he could to be reasonable and collaborate a solution but when you are working with an ex spouse who is combative and non cooperative an agreement wasn’t going to be reached. This is no fault of the mediator. He asked the right questions.

He did our court study and it was awful. He refused to do home visits and talk to the other children in the home. Incompetent.
