I was in an accident back in May of 2023. I was offered a bit over $6K cash from the adjuster, after all bills were settled. I called this law firm to help. I just settled in Feb 2025. I sat with them when I picked up my settlement check. I asked were there any outstanding balances that I would be responsible for and they assured me no. I looked at the lien payments breakdown that they gave me and we finished the meeting. A few days later, my chiropractor is saying that I owe over $1000 more than they paid. They sent a request for reduction to her but she did not agree to a reduction in pay. She responded no and that if they did that, I would be billed for the rest. The lawyer did not mention that at the meeting and lied about my having balances left to pay. I called them concerning the matter and they said that they would follow up with me and get it handled. They called back to say that she did agree, but if so why was I not told at the meeting. I think that they should pay this debt in full from their pay, otherwise this almost 2 yrs was not worth waiting. I could have negotiated the amount I ended up with myself.. If they don't settle this matter, I am very disappointed and unsatisfied. I can't barely get a call back now....sad.

Great experience with this firm. Honestly the entire situation was a mess. There was so much to this case, multiple cars, 5-6 adults and several children. They took everything on and literally, all we had to do was occasionally provide some information. They took care of the rest, and got me as much as they possibly could have.
