Going through these are never easy. But what drew me to Mr. Rice was his prior military experience. I figure someone can relate w/my case since Bakersfield is not as broad of a military community. After my consultation I knew I wanted to hire him. After about 90 days, I was getting a little impatient. I needed feedback and advice on this process. Not knowing these take longer that I expected, Mr. Rice ensured me that we are on the right track.
