Identifying that you need help on your own is a tough task. One we never want to admit to. I found discovery through my insurance and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m no teenager being forced to go through therapy any longer, rather a woman in her 30’s that is finally willing to tackle my issues head on. Some days are better than others, but if you’re like me and want to finally tackle your trauma head on, please consider discovery. Be careful what you say to you counselor. They will turn you in to the authorities for anything said in conference. Go to anyplace else.
