I was just rudely hung up on by the elderly lady who answers the phones for this attorneys office!
I was calling attorneys with whom I could establish a meeting to answer questions in regards to an injury I received from a surgery and I would like to potentially seek disability assistance in the meantime. After explaining multiple complicated layers of my situation I was simply told "we can't help you, go ask social security". I then asked that she simply run this unusual situation by the attorney, or if I could email the details, to see if this would be something he could potentially be interested in or possibly give me a referral to someone who could. At that time she simply stated "we can't help you, good luck" then hung up on me!
How do people keep their jobs when this is the type of service that is offered?!
And from seeing other reviews, I'm not the 1st person this has happened to.

Unfortunately none of this review has to do with the attorney himself, it's the poor quality office staff that is deserving of the 1 star rating.

I heard that he was a great lawyer and I am sure he really is but his secretary was very rude. I tried to explain to her about the reason I was wanting a meeting with him but she said that they couldn't and wouldn't help. I don't think she really understood my question because she was saying something totally different than the question I asked her. I thought you were supposed to at least get a meeting with a lawyer before your denied or accepted. I don't know what to say. I just hope that she was having a bad day and isn't like this to everyone else who calls.

I went to see him because i kept getting denied for my disability...... What liked about him was he was honest .... He told me that there was a good chance i may be denied again but he took my case anyway...... And he won ..... Thank You Attorney Chris L. Gore
