There's a lot more I could say about Attorney Oraif, but there's not enough room here. She is my SHERO! She took my divorce case at the last minute and finished it. The first set of lawyers failed me, and I lost faith in the justice system. Attorney Oraif came highly recommended, and she worked with me, opposing counsel, the judge, and the mediator, and although the outcome is "bittersweet," I am very pleased. I hope I never need her services again, but if I do, I know I'll get the final "resolve" for which I seek. Diane, you are a true "class act"!! Thank you so very much...... Jonathan R.

I wish I could give zero stars. I've never been divorced so it was traumatic to say the least. Diane is the most unsympathetic person I have ever met in my 49 years. Once she gets her money she doesn't have "time". If she is so busy why did she take my case? Everyone's case is more important than yours. She didn't even serve my ex husband and when I asked I was pretty much told to shut up. The judge had to serve him during our first court hearing. She made countless mistakes on the final order such as our date of marriage and gave him the same birthdate as mine. She says she is kind. Kind of a bully, heartless, rude. I could go on and on! Please don't give this woman a penny! I don't know how they allow her to practice law still. She DID NOT serve my husband! She had no proof of anything and our judge served him and we had to reset the hearing. I text her numerous times when he was at our home to ask that he please be served. Angry at the world? I hired the sweetest lawyer and she did the qdro for me in a few days. Do lawyers not have any ethics? Every text was specific details about what her other clients had going on. She can't answer texts but she sure jumped on here asap with a comeback. She did NOTHING. I lost anything I could have gotten from my house because she didn't have "time" to file to get him out of our home. Smart remark after smart remark. Every person's case was so much more important. She was busy she was in court but she is on fb posting nonsense.

I can’t tell you guys how much Diane has helped me. Not just with legal counsel, but with everything that she knows that I don’t know how to do. I literally just asked her how to file a change of address… I picked this lady, off a list of lawyers on google, because her page said something about fighting law with a heart and compassion. She has such a big heart. And I’ll keep picking her over and over and over.

I would actually give ZERO stars if i could! Mrs. Oraif is the worst divorce lawyer ever! She comes across as caring... but when you need her, she fails to get back in a timely matter... if at all. She hung me out for 3 months as I continuously and stressfully asked her to check on my divorce status. She gave me lame excuses each time. I was told by a friend to contact the courthouse directly. When I did, I found out that the divorce had been finalized for 3 months! I had to go to the courthouse to pickup my own finalized papers that i paid HER for!! Not only that, but as I messaged her about documents I received in the mail regarding child support, she again put me off. As a result, child support wasn't garnished like the court had apparently ordered and I was unaware. I wouldn't use her again or even recommend her to my worst enemy... even if she was free!!! I could've done what I paid her $1500 for!!! If you value your case, do NOT hire her!!

Diane Oraif law firm is handling my adoption I have always been able to get Diane on the phone, if I have to leave a message, she is prompt on returning my phone calls & very patient with me. She has been awesome in working on our adoption. I do find it easier to email, mostly because I also am pretty busy as I am sure she is.. Her staff has been nothing short of respectful and has worked with me in EVERY way she can.. She has been working my case in a very timeful manner. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a family lawyer.. I am thankful I found her..

Mrs Diane Oraif was all about family and was super caring throughout the whole process. There were times I was frustrated and ready to give up after how bad my spouse did me, but she kept me engaged and looking at the end result, and trying to not stress over the process and time it took. Saying my divorce was a nightmare would be putting it mildly. The amount of time she spent with me at all hours of the day was amazing, and her explanations of the stuff I didn't understand was a god send. She helped me get to the finish line with everything I wanted out of the divorce. I highly recommend her.

Ms. Oraif is a very caring, conscientious attorney. She will spend extra time listening to you when it's difficult to get other attorneys to even answer the phone. She is accessible by text and email and will get back with you when she is not in court. My experience with other attorneys is that they never, ever talk to you except five minutes before a hearing. Ms. Oraif is so much more accessible than that. If you need a family law attorney, you can't go wrong with her.
