Writing this review is a very difficult thing to do and is a long time coming. Reflecting back on the case is painful, as our case was mentally and emotionally exhausting. The toll our case put on myself and family was excruciating. Working with Daniel and his team was nothing short of exceptional, but the stress of the case made this review difficult to write until now. In short, this review should have been written a year ago;

The team at DeLimon Law, although small, excels at every aspect of criminal defense, had it not been for their exceptional work my family could have been torn apart forever. Since this is a review of the amazing defense Daniel and his team provided, I will not go in to the details of the case other than to say that it was a criminal case that could have ended in a life sentence.

Daniel and his chief investigator Martin Silva are remarkable individuals that share a true passion for the law. From the moment we started working with DeLimon Law it was more than apparent that we made the right decision in choosing Daniel's firm over all the others. Immediately Daniel started fighting for us as if he was fighting for himself. Daniel, doesn't like to lose and his mastery of criminal law only serves to strengthen his prowess for winning.

From the beginning Daniel was upfront and honest about possible outcomes and cost of the case. Daniel made no promises other than to say he would always give his complete and dedicated commitment to achieving the best possible outcome in the case.

In the court room, Daniel has a relaxed but commanding presence and as a seasoned trial attorney and as a former DA prosecuting attorney, he is more than comfortable sitting in a court room in front of a judge and a prosecuting DA. In our case it was apparent that his presence intimated the prosecution. Daniel knows how the system works and has the ability to read the prosecution from beginning to end. Daniel was able to call out every move the DA’s office was going to make as if he was reading right out of the DA’s “Playbook 101.” Daniel and his team were able to sift through the complexities involving the case and his extensive pretrial investigation and research forced the prosecution to abandon their trail aspirations. In the end Daniel achieve a favorable outcome that amounted to little more than three years probation and weekly counseling. I truly believe that most other attorney’s would not have put in the extensive work and effort into achieving this outcome.

My family owes so much to Daniel for keeping us all together that it is impossible to articulate how much we respect and admire him as an attorney and more importantly as a kind and caring man. Daniel will forever be a part of my family and we will never forget what he and his team did to keep us all together. In today's time when no one remembers phone numbers my entire family has memorized one phone number, Daniel’s. If your in trouble, you need to do yourself a favor and call Daniel and his team today, if you already have an attorney and you’re not getting anywhere, you need to call Daniel, calling anyone else is simply a waste of time and money.

As a side note; Daniel’s passion for the law has inspired both my children to attend law school and become defense attorneys. Hopefully they’ll both start their law careers working with DeLimon Law!

For seven years a rape accusation was hung over my head. I was completely caught up in the legal system and felt like my side of the story was never told. I’d first like to start by saying Thank you so ,so, so much Mr Daniel for all of your Honest and Hard work you did for me. Here’s my story: I had been fighting a case for a little over a year now regarding a VOP (violation of probation) I did not know the severity of it and how stressful it was to be in. I was looking at an upper term of 4 years and to be sentenced to state prison. On my first court date I had to post a $50,000 Bail in a matter of minutes. Then I was being represented by public defenders not just 1 but numerous P.D.and the reason of the longevity of the case was due to public defenders asking for continuances , and every court date I had a new P.D. It was so frustrating and stressful and we’re not helping me at all. By the time I did get a public defender to look into my case it was too late and I was bound over for an evidentiary hearing. I was then told I had less then 2 months for that hearing and that i needed to be prepared to be sentenced and taken into custody that day. If you could only imagine how hurt and angry I was knowing I was about to loose everything I have personally worked for , my home and my business and to be separated from my family. I knew I had no chance with a public defender, and I’d for sure be catching the bus to prison if I stayed with a P.D. So I then reached out to DeLimon Law firm and spoke with Daniel’s secretary who is very professional and understanding. She took my information and assured me that I’d be getting a call from an attorney. After hanging up I receive a call from Daniel within minutes, introduced himself and politely asked how he could help me. I then vented my case to him , he heard me out, did not over speak me gave me time to explain and gave me advice and what his law firm would be able to do for me. He did not make me any promises, never sugar coated any information and was very honest and told me the consequences I may be facing. I felt very confident and trusting that Daniel was the rite person to retain for my case. He went rite to work on my case knowing we only had weeks before my hearing , him and his team started gathering all the information he needed, setting me up with a P.I. (Private Investigator) who is also professional and awesome by the way (Martin Silva)I appreciate you also. DeLimon Law Firm would constantly keep in touch and explained every updates they had for me. Now court date finally came, and of course I was nervous and anxious but Daniel re assured me he was going to fight hard for me, and that he did. He got my violation of probation allegations dismissed and reinstated and helped me and my family to move on with our lives and kept me home. As myself knowing fighting any case in riverside county is very difficult, and the courts don’t play and automatically want to send you to jail/prison. Don’t make a mistake like me and wait the last minute. If you or someone you know is fighting a case whether you think it’s not a big deal or not, be careful cause again, the Riverside County Court do not play. My experience with Delimon Law was life changing!! I was fighting a 3 strikes case, looking at 25 years to life!!! Some very serious charges! I called Dan, and he answered and wanted to know my situation. I was scared, fearing being arrested, Dan said he could help me. A warrant was being served at my house, Riverside Sherrifs were there, and I wanted to run. Dan said for me to surrender, and we will fight this in court. I really didn't want to do that, but I had limited options. I was arrested, booked, and jailed. 2 days later, Dan came to visit me in jail. My hero!! My bail was a million dollars, and I was going nowhere fast. He spoke with the judge and haggled with the District Attorney, who was not giving in at all! 😡 Dan got my bail reduced that I was able to bail out and fight this as a free man. I was happy with my results!! I was able to receive a very much reduced sentence along with classes and able to move out of California!! If you have a serious criminal case, Delimon Law should be your 1st choice!! This man saved my life, and I was able to be with my kids and wife.
