Annesley DeGaris has been amazing help! My husband and I were involved in a head on collision that totaled our car. Due to the incident we were both left with injuries that had to be treated, unfortunately neither of us have medical insurance which caused both a mentally and economic toll. The person at fault insurance was giving us a hard time and didn’t want to cover much. We decided to look for a lawyer and are beyond grateful that we found DeGaris law. Annesley made sure that we were treated for our injuries without having to worry so much on the cost. Our well being was put first which made us feel a lot better about the situation. Throughout the whole process Annesley made sure to keep us informed and answer any questions we had, he made sure to communicate with us both. My husband only speaks Spanish which I fear would be a language barrier but Annesley found the way to communicate with him as well which was a great help! So grateful for DeGaris law firm for the great help they’ve been to us both!

DeGaris Law will not disappoint you! I felt hopeless after being involved in a car accident that was not my fault. As a young woman I felt as though I was being pushed around and manipulated by my claim with insurance being thrown aside. I reach out to my sweet and precious friend Janet who got me in contact with Annesley DeGaris who didn’t hesitate to comfort me in my stress. I was just looking to be taken seriously and get my car fixed and he did just that and then some. In Annesley’s words alone.. “they will see my name and fear me” definitely the most confident reassurance I could’ve gotten! If I could go back and give my past self a heads up, “hey, that truck is about to come into your lane and push you off the road” I’d hold that thought and say, “Hey, here’s Annesley’s number you’re gonna need it.” Instead of stressing myself out for weeks waiting on insurance to even call me back.
