If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never been “greeted” with such a TERRIBLE attitude. She was helpful in the information she gave me, but presentation was awful. She talked down to me like I was a child, rudely handed me the card and instructions then blankly stared at me until I left the building! not even a “have a good day” or “happy holidays” if she could have pushed me out the door, she would have. If you hate your job so much, leave✌🏼0/10 you are better off driving to Newport! They are so friendly in that office!

Over the years, I have had some pretty miserable experiences dealing with anything licensing related... I have to give Deer Park auto licensing much due credit, they have always been very friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Customer service here is very much above average.

Going tomorrow but have heard nothing but good things about Deer park DMV.
Hopefully it will run quick and smooth. I am new here and still a little confused by this place to say the least. I forgot to register my car in the 45 days. I slipped off the road in that real bad snow happened a few weeks back and ended up getting a ticket for not getting my registration changed over in 45 days had to hire a lawyer go through the whole court system a pre-trial hearing a bunch of crazy shit over a ticket. What blows my mind if I would’ve been smoking those pills that are killing everybody and smoking them in public for the children to see that would’ve got a thumbs up at worst from a cop. That just boggles my mind, smoking hard-core drugs in public.a legit they don’t want the homeless in the junkies to feel anything but at ease, but don’t get that car registered in time and we’re coming for your assa it’ll end up costing me 1000 bucks probably three days in a courtroom & if I had only had some illegal drugs to smoke when I was sitting there, waiting on the cop I probably would’ve got a break-. Definitely gotta say Spokane is a strange place. That’s changed a lot since I was here as a child 45 yrs ago

We needed a new tittle for my car and sell the same car. With the staff help we were able to summit forms and they did an amazing job. You can tell a nice work environment they have specially now days. They looked presentable. Nice and clean office. Left very happy with all my errands done at that place. Thank you!!

Andy Franklin! Your employees are making your company look bad! im waiting in line and when it's my turn LISA "can I help you" with a crap attitude. She says she's the "manager" so I guess that explains her entitlement . I sincerely got my information while being talked down to and walked out."you had untill friday to come get your plates sorry" childish and disrespectful.. BAD FOR BUSINESS

Worst place ever, do not bother. They are very abrupt and angry. They clearly hate their work. "Good Morning. how are you?" Nothing except a blank stare..... What a cesspool. Avoid. I'd rather go to the Dentist for teeth drilling without anesthesia.

Renewing tags for the car. Simple and easy. It took three minutes tops. No line and the women were as pleasant as they always are. We've never had a bad experience with Deer Park Auto Licensing. In this location or the old location.
