I found deep river after going to several other dentist for second, third opinions to all the work that needed done on my teeth and I wanted to make sure that I was doing the right thing. I was going to be spending quite a bit of money.
Well, I thought let’s try one more time Sandra and opened up My laptop and there they were. I said to myself oh just do it you never know.. Well, let me tell you what a great blessing this was from the universe. I drive an hour to get to this office if that says anything.
He is a real dentist office, not a “ tooth farm”. Anyone looking for a second opinion for extensive dental work will certainly understand exactly what I mean by tooth farm.
This doctor is warm, personable and definitely without a doubt wants whats best for you. He has integrity. And I can’t tell you enough how personable & warm and gracious the staff are for example his finance person works for you by understanding your needs because she talks to you. Shes the best. and I know that is a result of the person her boss is even when patients are not around. It is obvious to me the dedication to each other and the doctor in this office. My tech was patient and kind. I realize I was holding her up because she was patiently listening to me and never once made any kind of behavior that would make me think I was a problem. I had had a very, very rough night and early morning and could let it go because of her.,The front staff hear you and are ever so Patient and Polite, Accommodating and understanding. I can be a nervous Nellie So these qualities are important to me.And I don’t know about any of you who are reading this, but I have found since Covid that not all office staff are as accommodating and understanding, Unfortunately.

This doctor Is making it possible for me to have a beautiful smile. Something I’ve never felt, ever, in my entire life. He’s making it possible for me to feel good about myself. Very likely changing the way I see the world and the way the world sees me. He’s making it possible for me to do something as simple as to chew my food. He is giving me real confidence. I am 61 and have hated my teeth since I was 12. If you are looking for a dentist for something small or if you are looking for Dentist that is going to change your life with your smile then please look no further. Love yourself . Deep River Family Dental has given me an experience that was awakening and warming. Dr. Kwon and all staff were kind and friendly. Usually, Dental offices aren't the best fit for me. However, with the staff, they definitely provided an environment where I can be comfortable throughout the whole time. Dr. Kwon is brilliant with his procedures.
