In 2015 I had court ordered mediation for a custody case with my daughter during a modification of judgement and support. I was worried because I had sole custody of my daughter and I assumed that a mediator would automatically take a mother’s side. I didn’t agree with everything 100% but I maintained sole custody and Deborah Wellman did what was in the best interest of my child.

Was very open and transparent. Had very solid advice and identified potential pitfalls during negotiations. Deborah was very easy to work with and had a truest neutral demeanor throughout the whole process. Highly recommend if you are in a high conflict situation.

If I could give a solid zero best believe I would. I've been stuck with her since 2016 and yet to see results for my case, I still have yet to see a change in my case that allows me to spend more time and be a father to my 2 children. Save your money don't bother. The only people suffering are my 2 children.

I have found Deborah to be a very biased, untruthful, pushy person. She pushed me to make agreements I was comfortable with in my ex-husband's favor. The fact that she is a court mediator in Canyon County doesn't surprise me.

If I could I would give Deborah Wellman zero.
To everyone who is thinking about going to her for help or for mediation save yourself the time and headache. She is VERY unprofessional not to mentioned has no idea what she is doing. This is not a game Deborah this is people's children who need help not you trying to make money with your scam.
People consider this post and hope you don't find yourself in my situation cause of this woman's scam..

She was such a huge disappointment, very rude and condescending. Just retire already, after only one session I know I’ll be going to trial. It’s hard to believe that someone who claims to be a professional could be so ignorant. Wish I could give zero stars because no mediator should be that biased.
