Terrible! just terrible! went to them for help and all I got was judgemental questioning and looks by one of the assistance. Then I was told they would reach back out to me if they were able to help me or not. Guess what I’m still wait, no call, just save your time with this place and run away

They updated a trust for me. I had put it off for years and was dreading it. They made it so easy. The trust was updated in a week. They were very thorough. It’s a big weight off my shoulders. They were easy to talk with and did everything exactly as I wanted first time. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

I worked with attorney Joe; he was professional and friendly- he carefully explained the process ( setting up a Trust) and answered all my questions; when it was time to sign the documents Regina was the Notary and she too was very friendly and professional; I definitely recommend this firm for Trust/Will services

A woman called me today and I had explained my problem I had with my previous employer and I searched all over your website to make sure I wasn’t talking out of my behind. You folks say wrongful termination as well as unpaid meal breaks but the woman I talked to was rude and kept cutting me off & just sent me to a dot gov website I hope the “BIG DOG READS THIS REVIEW” so she says to me other lawyers might take my case but she won’t. Wow guess you have to have a certain type of case worth millions I guess but thank you for pointing out that unless our cases are worth a boat load of money you won’t take them on but as a lawyer your supposed to have some kind of ethics right “like no man left behind” type of deal no case to small as long as someone breaking the law needs to be brought to justice or something of that nature guess not I guess times are changing only big money cases are considered worthy cases well thank you for not taking my case!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. My brother recommended them but his attorney (Duarte) did not work for the firm anymore. I was wrongfully terminated and needed an attorney. So Daniel A Thompson started handling my case and everything was good.(some negotiations and discovery) But all of a sudden (in the middle of my case) he leaves the firm too. So someone else took over my case. We met and everything seemed fine but out of nowhere (via emails) starts (in my opinion) under valuing my case. I met with the person taking over my case and one of the heads of Davis&Wojcik. I asked if there was anyone else in the firm that can handle my case and he said the only other is himself and he did not want to make time for my case. The firm filed a Motion to be Relieved of Counsel. I failed to oppose it, not knowing I have to do so in so many days. Based on this experience I would not recommend this firm.
