I retained Dan to litigate my case against an employer that laid me off due to my age as well as other potential issues. Dan proceeded with filing my case in Orange County. Keeping due diligence Dan led the defendants into a settlement mode whereby an offer was tabled and with some fine tuning led to an equitable agreement I rate Dan a top attorney and from 1 to 5 rating I give him a five. Daniel Thompson and the firm did an amazing job with mine and a close friends case. We were wrongfully terminated due too their supposed fraternization policy.. I’ve never been fired or dealt with a lawyer before, so it was scary getting into it, but they were patient with me, let me speak my mind and did what they could for my friend and I. We won the case, and it’s really all because the firm believed in us. This wasn’t about the money for me it was about going after retailers who fire people wrongfully.
