I'm giving this firm a very low rating because they never resolved my legal issue like they were suppose to. I would give them a zero star rating if I could. I feel like I wasted my time and effort with them hoping they would do their joand recover my money lost in the situation. They even had me sign paperwork saying I would be getting a settlement. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY DUE TO THE POOR SERVICE I RECEIVED.

Davis & Norris reached out to us in regards to a lawsuit they were handling. Scam artist would be the only way I could describe the service I received. I was told I would receive my settlement in May, now I am getting told I won't receive it until June. I contacted Davis and Norris LLP in August of 2023.

I had a settlement coming from a previous loan provider and the representative that helped me was very polite and helpful. David Lewis kept me updated on when I would receive my settlement. And when there was a delay he informed of that. I just felt so important with a person who didn’t know me at all. Going the extra mile for me.

Originally I was working with another individual with the firm. I received no feedback from this individual, so I reached out to David Lewis. Mr. Lewis and I spoke over the phone and I explained the frustration I had with the firm. He ensured me, going forward, that I would receive more correspondence. Since that day our conversations have been vis email. However, he has constantly kept me in the loop with the process of the case, emailing me weekly with updates, even if there were none to report. I really appreciate how he took the lead to keep his clients in the know. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Lewis.

I had the experience of dealing with Dave Lewis and he is a great guy to work with in this area especially when no one else knows what to do. Dave was fantastic. You couldn't ask for a better representative. He was routinely updated not only my wife and I but dozens of clients as the defendant in this class action lawsuit continued to attempt to delay distributing the requisite settlement payments. Anytime I had a question, Dave was never to busy to respond and went the extra mile to explain in detail what was going on as the defendant continued to drag out the process. I hope I get an opportunity to meet Dave and thank him personally for his persistence and empathy.
