I hired an attorney in the Tacoma area after I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault. After 2 years this attorney was only able to get a settlement offer of about $17,000 in which I was only about to get approximately $5,000. I refused the offer and told him to continue trying to get me a better deal. Fast forward a few months later this attorney told me if I did not accept the settlement he was going to drop me as a client, I readily agreed and proceeded to find new representation.
It was late at night when I began, disheartened, looking for a new attorney, I was now stationed in Texas, a single dad with a 13-month-old daughter, and I was going through what attorneys I could find online. I found Davis Law group who “allegedly” took claims 24/7. I called the number to see if this was true, and sure enough, they did a detailed analysis right over the phone at about 8pm their time.
I got to know Misty, Melanie, Alejandra and Tyler all very well. They worked nonstop with little if any input from me working through the complex bureaucracy of the Veterans Administration and the US Army. They were easy to talk to and just wonderful people to get to know, they were always familiar with my case, which made me feel taken care of.
Fast forward about nine months later Mr. Reeve, the attorney who represented me told me he was considering sending my claim to arbitration where it could get an expedited finish. Mr. Reeve informed me the maximum amount I could receive would be $100,000, with my share being approximately $60,000. I told him I would be more than content with half that amount, (Secretly, I would have been happy with $10,000), Mr. Reeve then told me to let him do his work and he would get back to me.
Less than 3 weeks after that Mr. Reeve called me and told me I was going to receive the Maximum amount! Davis law firm did so much for me and my baby girl, I went into Christmas of 2024 knowing I was receiving $100,000! I can’t say enough good things about this Law Firm, Professional, Courteous and dedicated. If you see this review, don’t waste your time with anyone else, just hire them!
