Poor representation, the Davis law firm failed to represent myself as well as my children with dignity and respect! They have no compassion, or empathy when it comes to children in the event of a divorce! More so the wife who was used and abused and not once would my attorney speak up for me! I am ashamed to have even met such people like this and I pray for healing everyday due to losing my case because of no/poor representation and my lawyer had all the FACTS FIRST! I guess money talks with a law firm like this and I was willing to pay whatever and still got told NO! How upsetting! Please think wisely before calling this law firm! I gave 5 stars in the beginning 2.5 years ago, started with Trip as my attorney, nothing accomplished, then all of sudden I’m shuffled over to John Webber, at first I thought wow, he might help me, he seemed to care! I’m still awaiting my divorce, I’ve not seen or heard my him since before last thanksgiving! He said he was moving locations at that he was trying to have my divorce final before Christmas! I don’t even have a clue where he is, nor have I been contacted! And of course I paid in full! I went to the courthouse, they said that even the paperwork I had signed was not even filed!! This is ridiculous, and absolutely unacceptable, and very unprofessional! My divorce is from a man whom abused me, left me with absolutely nothing, and those attorneys are allowing the mental , and financial abuse to continue! Shame on the firm! I deserve proper recognition, respect, and representation! I own a company, and this is not how you treat your clients! I’m shocked, and extremely disappointed! Someone needs to reach out to me, and refund my fees, so that I can hire a professional attorney, who can get my divorce settled!

I must admit that I was a bit nervous because there are some really bad reviews out there, but they were very attentive and responsive to all my questions prior to selecting them to represent me concerning my traffic cases.

I followed their recommendations, sent them the documentation they required, and let them do the work.

I received the best possible outcome, and could not be happier with the service I received. I feel bad for the people that apparently have not received the same attentive service that I did, but I can only speak to what happened in my case.

Will Davis is a great lawyer has always been a straight shooter always been thankful for that. Unfortunately the only problem I have with this law office is Jon Weber he was unfortunately my sons lawyer on child custody case we had fought for 3yrs for weber to only railroad my son into having full custody to 50/50 after being proven mother is a problem. Just wanted weber to know thanks for not thinking about Jackson when you did this deal and he's now going thought issue with the mother.would never use him for anything family cause he's useless in that department
