I recently filed bankruptcy with this firm which was a Chapter7 they gave me the run around have me bringing in documents that have already been submitted, and just like one of the other reply with a low rating the had an attitude about my own case. They said they would call back and never did and as a result my car had got repossessed before the case has been filed. I'm going with another firm and asking for my money back down payment and monei drawn from my account.

I have filed for bankruptcy in the past with another company. I decided to give this company a chance because they were referred to me by a friend of a friend. And it turned out to be the biggest mistake ever. There has Been very little communication between the lawyer's and myself. I find out information about my case from the court before I hear it from my lawyer.When I call the office, I get the run around. And the people I talk to on the phone seem to have atitudes because I was asking questions about my own case, as if that's not allowed.Now they have me researching information they are responsible for obtaining. I rated this company 1, because there is no zero. I just hope their incompetence doesn't make me loose my bankruptcy.
