We hired Daniel to set up a trust for my mother as my dad passed unexpectedly and we didn't want to go through the same thing all over again. I saw great reviews for this lawyer so I decided to go with him. He was very communicative and timely in responses when it came to asking for services and payment for his services, but became hard to reach after he received payment. I had to email and call over and over asking where we were in the process. Keep in mind we paid a premium to have him as a lawyer (several thousands).

It's been over a year now and we got a letter from the city saying that we didn't transfer the house to my mothers name correctly. We paid thousands for this to be done! He mentioned that he would get back to me after the weekend and it's been over a week of me having to reach out several times for a response. He admitted that he skipped a step which is why we are getting a notice in the mail and he would fix it. He sent over an affidavit and said we needed to get it notarized. I told him he should send over a notary like he did the first time and that we shouldn't have to pay anything. He said he would consider sending a mobile notary because it was $50, but failed to consider we paid thousands for him. We argued on the phone for a couple minutes until he finally understood he would need to pay for the notary.

Printz has been a hard lawyer to work with. He's inconsistent, unreliable, and feel like I can't trust him to get what we paid him to do.

I wish I could go back in time and go to a law firm instead of him. Please save your money and look elsewhere.

Extremely poor communicator. I have been working with Daniel for the last 11 months on a friends probate case, I have left Daniel probably 60 emails (literally every day for the last couple months), as well as probably 15 voice mails and he has yet to respond to one of them. Daniel has now left me in a position where I need to complete legal forms which he said would be done weeks ago, on my own in order to be reimbursed by the estate. In my case it's not a huge loss however in my experience, I would never bring my estate planning here.
