I had a very disappointing experience with Dahal Law Associates, LLC. I was referred to this firm by someone, but unfortunately, the service I received was far from professional.
I booked a consultation expecting legal guidance. My Appointment was with the lawyer Bandita Dahal. I explained my case to her for about 15 minutes and she listened. She then asked me to send additional documents with the assurance that I would receive a follow-up within 2-3 days after her study on the case. However, despite multiple follow-up calls over the course of a month, I was completely ignored.
It was only after I expressed my frustration and requested a refund that I finally received a responseāone that made it clear my case had not even been properly reviewed. She explained that the miscommunication was due to her not getting my additional documents which I had send to the booking email ( suggested by herself). This is not an acceptable excuse because I had called about it to the front desk multiple times.
To their credit, they did acknowledge the miscommunication and gave me a refund, but this does not change the fact that my time was wasted and the lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary stress. Reliable legal assistance requires clear communication and accountability, which I did not receive.
For those considering this firm, I strongly advise NOT TO OVERLOOK THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I personally didnāt bother checking Google reviews before trusting them, and I regret it.
While I appreciate the refund, I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve their client communication and service moving forward.

I appreciate the refund, but this review is not about whether you refunded meāitās about my experience with your firm. A client should not have to chase after follow-ups for an entire month just to receive a response. If my email truly was not received, why were my multiple phone calls also ignored? This is not about ānegativityā; itās about accountability.
Your defensiveness only further proves where your focus is being held. Instead of taking constructive criticism personally, I suggest focusing on your current clients and using this as a lesson to improve communication. As I said even in emails, I do not wish to engage in any further communication with you or your team neither through emails nor this review.
I truly wish you the best in serving future clients more effectively and would love to see you help more people. Please try to take this as a constructive criticism and an opportunity to know where the firm is lacking and not send another defensive reply.
