Things about Lou Cutrone that will help you decide why he needs to be your attorney. The accident was a pretty bad one. I needed surgery and he was just short of holding my hand the entire way. I wasn’t sure who to get as an attorney and after being talked to by an ambulance chaser, Lou and his staff made me feel like a human being and not just some paycheck he was going to get a chunk out of. In other words, they treat you like a human being, and not a case file.
During the entire time of the claim, he was available to answer questions, whether it be by phone or email. He did everything in his power to make sure that things would run smoothly, and that I was completely aware of how things were going. I felt like he genuinely cared. He wanted and found a great doctor, treatment and physical rehab place for me to have my injuries addressed.
Lou was very approachable and sincere. He didn’t mind breaking things down because it was just such a nightmare to have to go through this. I can't recommend Cutrone and Associates enough. Lou is an unbelievable guy who is truly looking out for your best interests. He's is far more concerned with helping you with your situation then making a dollar which is why his firm is so successful and will continue to be.
