A great choice in the Bailey area. My unit was very clean and watertight which I appreciated. Management is easy to work with and, while not important for storage, this place has a great view of beautiful area 🙂

My experience with Crow Hill Storage in Bailey is a common tale indeed.
When I searched for a place to store all of my hose hold goods while my garage was being constructed, I selected Crow Hill Storage because of the location and that the manager indicated it was secure and safe.

Below is an excerpt from their website.
“Our Promise To You:
Security:
We take the security of our storage facility seriously, and our SSL secure website protects your personal information. Your property is our number one priority, that is why we offer state
of the art security. Our features include onsite security and digital video surveillance. You can rest assured that your property is protected and secure at Crow Hill Storage!”

It was a good feeling to know this information, well after twenty-one months of having paid $300 per month for two storage lockers, I get a call from the manager indicating that some thieves cut one lock of ours and several other lockers in the facility.

We then find out that there are no security cameras, and no state-of-the-art security system.

I lost four mid-size Sony and Visio televisions, my favorite 22 rifle with scope and case that I had for over 50 years, and some miscellaneous items that were broken.

I contacted an attorney to see what I can do, and he said the following,
“They (Crow Hill Storage) shift the risk of loss entirely to you, which means if you signed it, you were on notice that they abdicated all security to you.

This is a "not well run" company....meaning, if you store things there it's totally at risk.

Please do not use this facility, the facility is not secure and the obviously allowed criminals in the facility to pick and choose your belongings, stay away!

I rented a U-Haul truck to get the rest of my belongings out of the stated lies on the Crow Hill Storage website.

Caveat Emptor for sure.

They use #2018 for gate access, and that is senseless.
