Hi Jim, just a short note to say you cannot know how much I appreciate your help yesterday in trying to get an extension agreement for the transaction. Not many attorneys would let a REALTOR camp out in not one -but 2 of their conference rooms. At the end of the day, the negotiation was not as fruitful as I would have liked, but we gave it our best skills, and your guidance was amazing.
