Used this company to close on our property ten days ago.

We are out of state, so they sent a currier to our home in Texas for document signing.

As of today! The buyer has their land, the title company has their fee, the realtor has their commission, and my mother has nothing.

Ten days, no check, no call, no email! NOTHING!,,

We paid for overnight fees for the payment at closing, but nothing

A call to them today, and the snippy reply from them was that they didn’t have our address to mail it to. They had it to close, they had it for the currier, they have email and phone, but they obviously don’t have initiative or common sense!

We have contacted a lawyer, and we will get this fixed in court.

BEWARE OF THIS FLY BY NIGHT GROUP!

Title company for when you buy a house! These people were very nice, had a great sense of humor, and we're very helpful and forgiving for us first time home buyers who had no clue what everything was. All paperwork was patiently explained and we were given all the time we wanted to read through each document. They helped make closing an easy experience!

Great people to close with. We ended up going right to the wire due to a problem with the loan bank. Crawford took the papers and had it ready to close- and send it down to where we could do a mail out- all in a few hours. We owe them some cookies when we get into Van Buren.
