When I initially contacted Craven and Nolls, I inadvertently went to the wrong office. When I arrived and found out that I was at the wrong office, I was quickly paired with another lawyer. Staff is very polite and helpful. When I call to make appointments or need a question answered immediately, I'm contacted the next business day. I called Cravens and Noll to look over a case for me to give me their opinion. I found out about them through trail defense services on Fort Gregg Adams. I set an appointment with Mr. Joe Cravens. He was an extremely get listen and gave me his honest opinion about what he read on the case. He really dove into the case really grasping an understanding. I give Mr. Joe a 5 star review. I want to thank you for listening and thanks for the advice. For anyone who’s is reading this, I highly recommend Cravens and Noll to be your lawyers!

These attorneys don’t care about you. They are just about the money. Mr. Craven knew there was a video of me and failed to do a discovery prior to trial. Get to trial and I’m faced to make a decision in five minutes that would affect my life. He provided poor advice and was not given all the information about the plea prior to taking his advice and was stuck paying thousands of dollars. My outcome would’ve been better had he done his job. I am very much a real person and wasa client. This is the truth about my experience. No sense in calling the office he didn’t care then so I’m sure he doesn’t care now! I have to deal with the repercussions of poor representation!

I had a horrible experience. 2 part case I went in for Protection Order due to physical attack ɓy the sole to be ex. Part #2 was filed divorce. Which was not even done as asked. I was told its not a big deal who files first. To me, taking back my life from a abusive situation filing first it was what I paid for. It was a total disaster in handling my case. Passed to 3 attorneys The last was fresh out of law school. Lack of response an concern from this firm proved to be devastating financially. They made a good profit but as a Client I ĺost alot . I do not recommend this firm. If you plan to need a ambulance chaser for life. It seems to be the thing they might be good at according to the new commercials. Bad choice choosing this firm.

Lawyer was good account/ secutary was not ask several times for a breakdown of bill and how much I have paid with no clear answer. Just get sent a generic bill that does not show all the money we have paid in. Just need 1 paper with a break down start to finish they do not have it..also after we pay and win our case the lawyers looks at me and tells me it'll cost more than it's worth to go the next step to get settlement judge awarded. Wait what why not explain that in the beginning to we have a plan to win.. not very professional.
