The service was useless. They hide in small print all the fees you must pay and the additional 109 dollars they charge. They are a document service and useless. You can get the information they claim to research for free from Google or the BBB. Don’t waste your money or time. We live and learn, and I’m here to notify you that this company is taking several people's money without providing effective services.

The company advertises your information is personal and the individual below exposed the entire case and name. I should be able to take legal action considering they’re not compliant to abiding by their own privacy and security policy.

Below is what’s advertise on their website in comparison to what the owner wrote below. Again, don’t waist your time or money on a company that exploits your information or case.

Hired court linked to file small claims in Florida. After waiting 5 months to get an update and getting the same be patient reply I decided to call the court clerk myself to find out the paperwork was all wrong. I redid it myself and got a date for a hearing right away. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! It’s easy and obviously quicker to do yourself

7/22/2024 UPDATE....
They just replied to my review, and sent me a THREATENING EMAIL with legal action for my negative review.... perfect ...

Original review 7/21/2024.

Worst service ever, sent a small claim and paid for service over 4 months ago, it took them over a month and a half to file, and 2 months later still not served, even when they charged service upfront. Emailed many times and every reply says it takes time. I am not sure if they are even lawyers. I already filed with BBB, and will wait another week, then contact the bar... bottom line stay away from those scums.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews unless it’s THAT bad and I’ll say, that this company has made a complete mess of my small claims filing. Their team lost my form submissions, did not follow through on a demand letter I paid for TWICE, and has a seemingly incompetent team who only partially responds to email questions (their phone line for customer service is never answered because the line is busy).

Do NOT utilize this company’s services. I am now weeks behind on my small claims submission and unfortunately will have to start the process all over again.

I visited their website and was about to purchase the service when I noticed a contradiction. It said they do everything, I just have to show up in court. In another part of the website, it said they don't serve notice to the defendant. Needing clarification for the service I was considering, I sent an email asking if they help with serving notice to the defendant. This was the response: "The scope of services, fees and court related costs are on our site." I couldn't believe how unhelpful they are. Their response raised a red flag, so I looked at their reviews and I'm so glad I did. After reading a few of the responses from the owner to customers, I knew this business isn't a viable option for filing my case. I can't believe the level of immaturity. The owner claims that they don't make mistakes and ALWAYS blames the customer. That's ridiculous.

They've now changed their website and it gives no information at all which will result in decreased sales.

I want to thank everyone who posted about this business. You helped me save time and money. It's easy to see what the problem is with this business. The owner created a service to help people but dislikes helping people. They are trying to blame everyone else but the owner is the problem. Having a sour attitude with so many customers will result in failure. I only asked a simple question and they were too immature to help. Based on my experience with them, I don't recommend this business. They have many competitors who will treat you with respect.

UPDATE: I reject the owner's response. As usual, the owner ignorantly ignores their mistakes. The website contradicted the service provided, which is clearly the fault of the owner. Owner foolishly argues with customers and prospective clients, instead of being helpful. This business proves not everyone is mature enough to be a business owner. Take some business classes and learn how to interact with customers. We don't need your service, you need us. Without us, you don't own a business. Your business has the worst ratings by customers I've ever seen. Good luck with running your mouth to everyone who posts about their experience with your business.

Completely incompetent and worthless. They mess everything up and excuse it by saying they’re human and make mistakes—I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s heard that excuse. Their incompetence runs from top to bottom. When I requested my proof of service, I received someone else’s court details instead. And as for customer service? Not a single apology in the comments. Absolute scam artists.

These people are horrible. Their whole business should be shut down. First off they have no customer service number so you have to email them for any questions or concerns. they choose when to get back to you. Second I paid them to file court papers for me in October we’re almost in August which is ridiculous I knew I should’ve filed the papers on my own but I wanted to give them a try.i have no idea how these people are in business!

I wish more then anything I had read these review before I started this process. They are THE RUDEST company I have ever worked with EVER. EVER. Numerous issues and finger pointing and zero help. If one error happens you will cost yourself hours and hours and hours of work to rectify anything. I dont know whats worse the rudeness or the fact that in responses on here they are actually talking about peoples cases. I specifically asked for a Sherriff to serve my defendant and they used a company. Well I wanted a Sherriff for a number of reasons them choosing to pay more money on my behalf to a private company wasnt what I aksed for or wanted.

In response to their response. A company should provide the service ask for or tell the purchaser they intend to use another resource. It’s the arrogance of the company that has lead to this review. Additionally it is false to say that the defendants address was wrong when I simply found an additional address for them to try a second attempt. The reality is the attempt to serve wasn’t even made until the same day of the initial hearing. That’s how bad this service was. Additionally they cut off helping me for having frustrations about the issue. Getting cut off in the middle of something when the female owner throws a fit is insane. DO NOT work with them. Scam scam scam
