Exceptional service every time! Countrywide Process has been my go-to for critical filings, and today they proved once again why they are the best. When I hit roadblocks getting bonds recorded, Gianna handled everything with incredible attention to detail and ensured success. I really wanted to find the company I would work with for all my cases. I was shocked at how my order was handled. Issue #1: I paid for an urgent delivery to the court. I had to follow-up to get an update (because the online system was not being updated) and I was given a verbal confirmation that it was delivered as requested, only to find out the next day after following up (again) that it was not in fact delivered. Issue #2: After the service was done, I was charged more than the website portal quoted me even though the website and the phone representative never mentioned that I might be charged more than what I am told on the online portal. After (again) following up via the phone, I was told that the website prices are not updated. I was told I would get a discount for the mismanagement of the delivery, but even after the discount, I was charged more than I was promised. Issue #3: My credit card was charged for the higher charge, and after following up (again) and requesting that they honor their website portal price, they honored the price quoted to me on the website. Christina was very responsive and friendly, which I appreciated, but the multiple mistakes and constant need to follow-up made the use of this service unreliable. When you have an urgent court delivery that needs to be done, a mismanaged delivery can make or break a case.

I truly had an amazing experience with your company. I had a very important court hearing for which the rules required personal service for 32 entities. The court would have continued the matter even if one of the recipients was not served or served properly. I didn't have a choice but to reach out to Countrywide on a holiday weekend and get the help I did. They served my 32 entities over the course of two days. You were a part of my big court victory.
