Earlier today I made a disstastefull review of Cook & Co. I am willing to admit when Im wrong and I have a full understanding now why I was in the wrong. My family and I have been using Cook & Co. for our tax needs for a few years now and I just recently learned about withholding. I fully understand Cook & Co. is a buissness and buissnesses need money to run and pay for well trained and tallented staff that know what their doing. I apoligize for my previouse disstatefull/rude post sometimes my mouth is faster than my common sence I shouldn'tve taken my anger out on a company that was just doing their jobs. If you need your taxes done by well trained professionals this is the place to go.

Had an extremely positive experience with Cook and Co. I have personally done my husband and my taxes for almost 40 years, but needed a professional this year because of multiple changes on our lives. I called and they could arrange an appointment in just a couple of days. Amanda, our tax preparer, had no problem with my staying while she worked through our information. She made a list of additional data that she needed, and within a day of my getting the additional data to her, the return was completed.Great, friendly folks to work with. Would highly recommend.
