Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. They don’t care about you, only your money. And once you’ve paid them, you’re not important anymore.

Change profession please obviously helping people is not what they aspire to do. All staff should learn proper customer service seriously terrible place. I went there for a consultation paid 200$ I wasn't able to ask many questions, I felt she would get mad by asking to many questions, she wast no giving me many Answers ,I felt that my consultation was rushed. Because she kept looking at how many people were in the waiting room, overall I don't recommend because you don't get with you, money is worth.

I honestly feel this is not the connie lara that used to represent the people. They now charge $300-$500 per appointment to give you the run around and have you take everything to her and every appointment she wants $300 to sit down with her and they still hadn’t reviewed the documents. Silvia the assistant is very unprofessional and rude, connie didn’t even bother to review the documents that were given to her and wanted another meeting to talk about what we had on our first meeting. Very disappointing I will be call in the BAR Association on this one. Very unfortunate they are taking advantage of the people’s emergency and time sensitivity issues and profiting without representation. Unbelievable.

Spent about 30 minutes there
Explained my case to Conny she gave me my options
I thought that she would have kept my information in her notes about my case, I called to start my process and they said I have to pay for another appointment to see if I qualify for the new parol, I literally just went a few days ago, she knows exactly my information and story she knows if I qualify or not, although there is not a lot of information yet she could at least start gathering my paperwork and getting everything in place or at least take my payment but having to pay for another appointment to tell her exactly the same things I already told her That's a rip off
