I was very impressed by the knowledgeable and professional way the Mediator handle the subject and the discussion. Mr. Gruenebaum understood from the participants what the actual disagreements presented. He would then weave a path that both parties could give a little and get a little. You can feel it as a win-win situation, even if you don't get all you want or deserve.
