Every one there is super kind! The front desk ladies learned my name and are so sweet when I check in. Scott, did my evaluation and he was really easy to talk to and recommended me a Great therapist! And Julie, my therapist is definitely one of those people who love her job and go above and beyond to make sure she has done everything she can possibly do and I appreciate her time with me every Friday

While going here for my eight year old son, we did find it helpful for him.

However, my frustration came after we had ended my son's care here: We no longer qualified for sate insurance and had to find a new doctor for my son. He was on medication which was helping so much.

In the process of getting a new doctor, we patiently waited for his records to be sent over to the new office. Compass Health said this could take up to 2 weeks. So we waited and in the mean time my son had run out of his medication.

After the two weeks, I called the new doctors but they still hadn't received the records. After calling Compass, they confirmed they had in fact been sent. I spent the next week calling back and fourth to the new doctors as they looked everywhere for these papers.

My husband has attended this doctors office for many years and they have been nothing but amazing. I had no doubt that they were doing everything they could to resolve this issue and get me son an appointment.

When the new doctors asked for Compass to resend the records, they said that his file had been closed out and it will take up to two more weeks for them to be sent again.

The new doctors and I are very frustrated at this point. This should have been a simple two week process and it's now dragging out three weeks while my son continues to struggle without his medication.

I'm very disappointed in Compass Healthy for their lack of understanding, compassion, communication, and professional manners. Especially when it involves an eight year old boy who is struggling with mental illness. I had thought that their primary purpose was to help with such situations. And it's disappointing to see that after we are no longer a patient there, that this is no longer the case.

I needed to seriously talk to someone and quickly. I am going through premenopause (basically my brain would not function properly). The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. They explained all of the paper work (which was overwhelming at first) and answered any and all questions that is had. When my name was called I was greeted with a smile and wasn't treated as if I was crazy. The counselor they I was assigned to was just incredible she made me feel so comfortable talking to her. After all was said and done didn't have menopause.......turns out I was diagnosed with Graves Disease(Google it I had to lol) I wouldn't have been able to do it with them. I would absolutely recommend Compass Health.

The staff here are amazing. Everyone listens to everything you have to say. Your health and safety is definitely the priority at this establishment. If you're looking for help or just someone to talk to, then this should be your first stop.

We brought our son here to get him help for OCD and severe Anxiety. The intake day was nerve-wracking but the therapist we were assigned to seems great.

PRETTY good service , mostly children . No drug or alcohol cases . Safer for those whom are looking for a safe place to get some counseling . Both Behavioral and emotional .They always make you feel welcome .
